Welcome to Bellevue Black Car.
By accessing our website https://bellevueblackcar.com or booking our transportation services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.


1. General Terms

These Terms govern all bookings, rides, and related services provided by Bellevue Black Car (β€œwe,” β€œour,” or β€œus”).
By making a reservation or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.


2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made in advance via our website, email, or phone.

  • You will receive confirmation once your booking has been accepted.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure all details (pickup location, time, destination, passenger count, etc.) are correct.


3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are quoted in USD and may vary depending on distance, time, or additional requests.

  • Payments can be made online, by phone, or directly to the driver (when applicable).

  • A valid payment method is required to confirm your booking.

  • Bellevue Black Car reserves the right to adjust pricing in case of errors or changes in operating costs.


4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup or β€œno-shows” will be charged the full fare.

  • For airport transfers, delays or flight changes must be communicated as soon as possible to avoid additional charges.

5. Conduct of Passengers

  • Smoking, illegal substances, and open alcohol containers are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

  • The driver reserves the right to refuse service if a passenger’s behavior is unsafe, disrespectful, or unlawful.

  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be charged to the client.


6. Responsibilities & Liabilities

  • Bellevue Black Car is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control.

  • We are not liable for lost or forgotten personal belongings left in the vehicle.

  • We strive to provide the vehicle and driver requested, but reserve the right to substitute a comparable option if necessary.


7. Waiting Time Policy

  • For airport pickups: 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time are included after flight arrival.

  • For other pickups: 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time are included.

  • Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.


8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is protected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new β€œLast Updated” date.
